How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use a 3 working day courier service* for our products, if you require an express delivery – please contact us and we will let you know if it’s feasible to get the item to you sooner.
My order has not arrived in the expected time frame.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time-frame, please contact us as soon as possible. Dispatch and delivery estimates can be found when you ‘track’ your order – your tracking information will be found in your order confirmation email.
My product does not look identical to the image online.
With a printed image, colours may vary from those seen on screen due to the printing process, we do take a lot of care to keep our images authentic.
